For orders placed using a Credit or Debit card, the payment card will be debited once the order is confirmed.

Card payments are processed using VERIFIED BY VISA, MASTERCARD SECURECODE, and AMERICAN EXPRESS SAFEKEY and you may be asked by your card company to setup a password if you do not already have one. This is an easy process and takes just a few moments.

Trade-In Credit

We also accept payment using store credit from the sale of secondhand goods. Trade-in credit can be used to pay for new orders in full, or in part by supplementing with a debit or credit card payment. To use store credit, please select ‘Use Available Credit’ on the payment page and then follow the simple instructions on screen.

Institutional orders

VAT & Customs

Prices include VAT unless stated. We are registered for VAT in 22 countries, and the rate of VAT applied to your order will always be clearly shown.

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, European Union, Norway or Switzerland, we will show the price we will charge excluding VAT, plus the total amount including VAT that we expect you will pay when the goods are delivered. Gear4music will not collect the actual VAT amount or any import duty payable – this will be collected by your local customs office, and Gear4music are not liable to pay any additional import charges that may be imposed by couriers or customs.

* All orders are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that if you are ordering from outside the EU, Norway or Switzerland you may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Our local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties.
