Blackstar Amplification is based in Northampton, England. With over 50 years of experience as musicians, designers and manufacturers, the Blackstar team are extremely passionate about the guitar amplifier. Their goal is to provide guitarists with the best tools possible for self-expression.

Blackstar amps have a unique tonal character that crosses somewhere between sparkly cleans, to creamy overdrive, through to a musical distortion.

Endorsed by the likes of Adam Zindani (Stereophonics), Mike Lewis (Lost Prophets) and Bjorn Agren (Razorlight), Blackstar amps have proven to be universally loved, seeing use in many different genre's of music.

The HT-5 Series is designed to cater for use in the studio and as a practice amp which can be cranked. Adopting all the great tone found in the HT Valve Pedal series, the HT-5 amps feature two channels and Blackstar's ISF circuit (Infinite Shape Feature) for fine adjustments and tone-shaping. The HT-5 Series is available as a Combo, Head and Speaker Cabinet, as well as a Mini-Stack.

The HT Venue Series are aimed at the gigging guitarist and place an emphasis on portability. This all-valve series has an amp to suit every performance type - from the low-powered 20-Watt HT Studio 20 Combo to the 100-Watt HT Stage 100.

The Series One line are designed with versatility in mind. From the powerful 200-Watt, KT88-equipped Series One 200 Head to the beautifully crafted 40-Watt Series One S1-45 Combo, the Series One amps feature the built-in DPR Power Reduction system that allows you to reduce the overall power down to 10% of the rated power, with no loss of tone for the full valve-experience.

The Artisan Series is perhaps Blackstar’s most beautifully crafted amp line. With an emphasis on sonic purity and simplicity, the hand-made Artisan range pump out boutique tones. The Artisan 15 Handwired Combo kicks off the series and offers 15-Watts of dynamic, Class A tube power, switchable down to 5-Watts for the ultimate in tone flexibility.
