The CPX500 places emphasis on playability, tone and affordability. The CPX500 is fitted with a piezo pickup and the System 55T preamp to provide accurate, controllable acoustic tone when amplified. The System 55T is fitted with an onboard tuner for convenient tuning.
Pickup Systems:
Controls for the under bridge mounted piezo pickup are mounted on the instrument's side for optimum access. The battery compartment is also located on the side, close to the neck, to provide easy replacement.
Preamp Systems:
This is a tuner-equipped version of System55. The chromatic tuner is accurate, easy to use and easy to view. You can use the tuning mode by pressing a single button even if you have no cable connected. Turning the tuner on or off will not affect the output in any way. The tuner also comes with a one-minute auto-off timer to save battery power.

Please note:
This item is an ex showroom/ demonstration model. As such, there are light scuffs and signs of light use around the finish. These marks are subtle and are only really noticeable when looking very closely in the light, we deem these marks to be cosmetic, otherwise the guitar looks and plays as new. The original box is also scuffed.
