Lightweight Bell
The Coppergate sousaphone features a detachable and lightweight fibreglass bell, which is much lighter than metal alternatives. This makes it much easier to play for prolonged periods of time. The white finish of the bell is striking and visually attractive. The fibreglass construction is also incredibly tough, meaning that it won't get easily dented or damaged.
3 Stainless Steel Valves
This sousaphone has 3 fast acting piston valves made from stainless steel. They provide a great feel and resistance, and are also protected against moisture build up and corrosion inside the instrument. This means that they will last for a very long time.
Everything You Need
The Coppergate sousaphone comes with all the bits and pieces you need to get playing straight away. A fully adjustable leadpipe makes the instrument suitable for all kinds of players and can be easily stored in its own fabric pouuch. The included mouthpiece is easy to play with in all registers of the instrument and produces a good tone; great for all-round performing. The instrument also comes in a ABS case, which gives great support for the sousaphone in transit.
