Sometimes there just isn't enough bass to make an impact. The dbx 510 puts an end to that problem. This unique 500 Series module is designed to enhance the low frequencies of a signal to deliver thick, thumping, thunderous bass that you can really feel. It is a powerful tool for nightclubs, DJs, theatres, film sound, music recording, live performances, broadcasting, and more. The process works by creating a brand-new Waveform Modeled bass note at an octave below the bass from the original source audio.
The 510 gives you control over two separate bands of subharmonic synthesis - 24Hz to 36Hz, and 36Hz to 56Hz. This provides you with the perfect combination of smoothness and controllability, letting you optimize the sound to suit your needs. The module also features an independent Low-Frequency Boost circuit, giving you an intuitive method of getting the most out of a high-performance PA system. It can be used to pump out that extra punch for an unforgettable performance. With its musical low-frequency synthesis that doesn't interfere with mid and high-band information, the dbx 510 is a powerful tool with addictive results.
