Every component of Bluebird SL is specially designed to deliver modern, crystal-clear tone. The Bluebird is designed around a pressure gradient large diaphragm condenser hand-built capsule which employs an edge-terminated 6-micron pure gold splutter mylar membrane. This hand-built capsule and membrane delivers superior resonance at higher frequencies that allow you to cut through your mix with precision. For a balanced frequency response across the whole spectrum, the Bluebird features a sculpted rear brass backplate allowing the capsule to breathe properly, capturing all frequencies with immense transparency.

The circuitry onboard the Bluebird retains the high standards shown throughout the design by utilising a hand-selected, Class A fully discrete circuit. The Class-A circuit combined with the onboard transformer ensures that the sound that you record, hits the diaphragm and is transduced as accurately as possible, creating a pure and transparent signal path.
