The ADA8200 gives you a practical way to expand the input and output count of your digital recording system. Using ADAT optical connections, it can transmit and receive up to eight channels of audio, helping you connect more microphones, instruments, and external equipment.
All microphone and line inputs are routed directly to the ADAT output, creating a simple signal path for recording and mixing applications. Its compact 1U rackmount design also makes it easy to fit into existing studio and live racks without demanding additional space.
Capture rich audio with Midas preamps
Each of the eight channels is equipped with a Midas-designed microphone preamp, delivering clean and detailed signal amplification for a wide range of recording tasks. Every input includes switchable +48V phantom power, allowing compatibility with condenser microphones alongside dynamic models.
