Authentic control from motorised platters
Designed for DJs who value tactile response, the RANE ONE MKII features dual 7.2-inch motorised platters with adjustable torque to match your preferred resistance. The motors supply consistent drive for tight beatmatching and confident scratch techniques, while plunger-style start and stop buttons deliver a classic feel for cueing, braking and track control.
This setup mirrors the hand-to-record interaction of turntables, so movements translate accurately into the mix. The result is predictable handling during fast cuts and slow blends alike, plus the comfort of familiar muscle memory. If you want the nuance of vinyl with the convenience of a controller, these platters make every motion count and help keep transitions tight in busy club sets and high-energy event slots.
Stems tools that unlock live re-edits
The MKII builds in Stems control so you can reshape tracks on the spot. Use the Acapella button to pull vocals forward or the Instrumental button to remove them for clean transitions. Stems Level control on the EQ knobs lets you balance elements precisely, while dedicated pad modes extend the idea further.
Stem Roll applies loop rolls to one or more parts, and Stem FX adds Echo Out, Roll Out, Brake or Delay to selected layers. You can mute, process or highlight vocals, melody, bass or drums instantly, then combine moves for on-the-fly remixes. With Serato DJ Pro unlocked, the workflow stays fast and reliable, giving you flexible tools to refresh familiar tunes during peak-time and warm-up sets.
Internal effects designed for expressive transitions
A comprehensive internal FX engine offers 29 hardware effects with clear OLED feedback. Fader FX repurposes the volume faders as linear controls for pitch, filter, roll and ring modulation, plus tone generation for risers and transitions that feel fluid under the fingers.
Channel FX on the Filter knob provide four instant choices: Filter for sweeps, Filter Roll for rhythmic moving cuts, Flanger for width and motion, and Noise for tension and texture. Add Serato software FX on top to widen your palette further. With these options available on the controller, you can execute build-ups, breakdowns and switch-ups without menu diving. It all supports smoother blends, dynamic phrasing and quick recovery when you need to pivot the energy of the room.
Pads, faders and workflow built for performance
Sixteen RGB backlit pads, eight per deck, deliver ten performance modes for hot cues, samples and creative tricks. Split Pad Mode doubles up functionality on each deck, and secondary pad buttons above the platters give fast access to additional modes, streamlining complex routines. The MAG FOUR crossfader is light and smooth with adjustable tension, onboard cut-in control, a dedicated curve knob and a reverse switch for clean cuts and crabs.
"PRECISION FEEL" channel faders add contour and reversal options for accurate blends. A front-panel sampler volume knob makes quick level tweaks easy, and the white colourway improves visibility of labels and status cues in low light. The layout supports focused, reliable operation in home studios, packed clubs and busy event rigs, so you can concentrate on timing and selection.
