The mahogany body of this beautifully crafted instrument is built to bring out bass frequencies naturally, whilst also maintaining plenty of treble to keep your tone crispy. Whether you’re plucking the lowest notes or the highest, the excellent response of this Washburn's tonewood will put a huge smile on your face.

The spruce top wood is also prone to inducing magnificent, meaty bass melodies. Wherever you take your bass you'll find there's no shortage of ears leaning in to hear your rich, versatile sound.

The best of both worlds. This AB5 Acoustic also comes with quality amplification options, using a QPH preamp system to help you unleash your low notes with ease. This means it can be used in both live settings with an amp as well as in smaller environments.

You can also shape your sound with ultimate confidence. The 4 band EQ function will allow you to bring your own level of articulation every time you plug in, meaning that your sound will be on point whether in a band or on your own.
