Hybrid pickup system for tonal variety
The three pickup configuration combines two humbuckers with an acoustic body sensor. Together, they deliver a broad tonal palette that responds well to different techniques. Five way switching gives fast access to contrasting sounds, letting you shift character without stopping to adjust settings. This combination supports clean fretting and smooth movement across the neck, which is especially important on a twelve string.
Thoughtful tonewood and finish choices
A neo tropical mahogany top is matched with sapele back and sides. Sapele is known for its balanced response and slightly brighter top end compared to traditional mahogany, adding clarity and shimmer to the sound. Over time, harder tonewoods like these can develop added overtones, contributing to a fuller voice as the instrument is played in.
The Classic Mahogany Stain with shaded edgeburst gives the guitar a refined look, while the full gloss finish protects the wood and enhances its visual depth. Hardware details like nickel tuners, ebony bridge pins, and faux pearl inlays complete the design, and a deluxe brown hardshell case is included to keep the instrument protected between sessions and shows.
