Sweet, glistening sounds. With a combination of A-grade Tibetan spruce and mahogany, the TWI D CE N produces a warm, versatile tone. This beautiful pairing of tonewoods is known among guitarists as the 'classic' acoustic sound, and for good reason! It possesses a lovely depth and blossoming top-end, so that you can achieve numerous genres and techniques with ease.
That's only made better by the dreadnought body shape. This spacious sound chamber and larger top gives plenty of room for reverberation, resulting a tone that's rich in the low-end. Combined with the spruce top, the highs are present and gleaming, allowing you to enjoy a full range of frequencies. With the TW-EX4 preamp you can transform your tone. Plug in and get amplified for a live performance or connect to a DI to recording without microphones. The TW-EX4 will let you do all that, and it'll do it with an accurate reproduction of the guitar's natural sound. But more than that, you can shape your sound further through the in-built EQ options, letting you perfect your performance.
We're not quite finished yet! If you really want to get creative, having a preamp lets you attach to effects pedals or use built-in amp FX, letting you modify and customise your sound even further. And last of all, the TW-EX4 features a tuner to keep your sound tight every time you play. Expanding the possibilities, the pre-amp of the Cutaway will enhance your playing experience.
