Designed With One Thing in Mind: Tape-Echo

The Delay Llama Supreme is a fully analogue, lo-fi delay pedal designed to emulate the delay effects of old tape machines, producing a vintage vibe with plenty of character, colour, and texture. Featuring a maximum delay time of 600ms, the pedal offers a range of powerful controls, from repeats, delay time, and delay level, to speed, depth, tone, and more. An internal trimmer lets you adjust the maximum number of repeats the pedal can produce. At the heart of the delay lies bucket brigade delay chips, faithful reproductions of Panasonic MN3205, providing the repeats with a vintage analogue tone for the ultimate tape echo sound.

Extra Footswitches & Expression Pedal Inputs

With the addition of two extra footswitches and expression pedal capabilities, the delay Llama Supreme offers excellent effects shaping with added effects, creating incredible delay tones to enhance your playing experience. The FX footswitch can be used to add modulation to the repeats, creating a warped delay sound. The last footswitch offers a tap tempo function with three different subdivisions to choose from, and as a hold switch when held down to turn repeats into an infinite oscillation loop.

The Supreme Delay Llama

The extra features added to the supreme model of the Delay Llama provides even more tonal shaping possibilities than original and Plus models. A toggle switch provides 3 different tap tempo modes, with the choice between quarter, 8th, and dotted 8th notes. The low pass tone control allows you to trim additional treble from the pedals sound, letting you create darker echoes. A filter Q control can be engaged via a toggle switch, while the knob lets you dial in resonant feedback at the tone knob's cut off point. The filter can be used to lend and edge to the echoes, or create a wind whistling and oscillation at high settings, and with the modulation engaged.
