The dyna-MIX10 system gives you ten pickup configurations without complicating your setup. A simple mini switch lets you shift between humbucker and single-coil styles, while Power Tap mode delivers a convincing single-coil character from a humbucker layout. This means you can cover clean, driven, and detailed sounds on one guitar. Whether you’re layering parts in the studio or switching tones mid-set, the system keeps everything quick and intuitive.
Stable neck with a natural feel
The roasted maple neck and fretboard go through a specialised treatment to improve durability, moisture resistance, and tuning stability. It’s then finished with oil, giving you a smooth, broken-in feel straight away. The oval C profile sits comfortably in your hand, while the curved fretboard edges make longer sessions easier. You’ll notice the consistency, especially if you play in changing environments or travel between venues.
Responsive tremolo and reliable hardware
The Gotoh T1802 tremolo combines titanium saddles with a steel block to give you a fast attack and balanced tone across the strings. String spacing is set for easy picking, and the snap-in arm design keeps setup simple. Gotoh Magnum Lock tuners add further tuning stability, with adjustable post heights to fine-tune string tension. Seymour Duncan Hyperion pickups use Alnico magnets to produce moderate output with strong clarity. Even with distortion, your core tone remains defined, and your pick attack cuts through. Chords sound balanced, and single notes stay precise. Stainless steel frets enhance this clarity while resisting wear over time, so you get consistent performance. Luminlay side dots also improve visibility on darker stages, helping you stay accurate when it matters most.
