Iconic body
The Faith Blood Moon Neptune features a scaled down jumbo cutaway body, which provides you with the same powerful voice that a full-sized and more traditional jumbo can project, but within a more comfortable size. Its size is also ideal for those that find full-sized jumbos a little too much to handle as the baby jumbo is easy to hold close to the body and offers comfort throughout both seated and standing performance.
For added comfort, this model also features a venetian cutaway profile, which offers easy access to upper frets and more challenging chords with ease. Removing the bulky body and replacing it with a slimmer, more compact size and a 16'' lower bout also provides comfort, and sonically produces plenty of balance, definition and superb acoustic volume. Furthermore, with its sonically powerful body, combination of solid timbers, and legendary Patrick James Eggle bracing, the Faith Blood Moon Neptune delivers a harmonically-rich tonality that is expected on higher-end instruments.
Sculpted for perfection
Constructed entirely from premium grade AAA Indonesian trembesi, the Blood Moon Neptune not only projects an unmistakable tone that falls between mahogany and rosewood, but has a striking visual appeal. The solid all-Indonesian trembesi build produces warmth and resonance while also having a subtle hint of bright sparkle, as well as being beautifully balanced across the tonal spectrum. Its trembesi construction will also respond superbly well to both fingerpicking and strumming techniques and provides the player with a rich, loud acoustic voice that is incredibly responsive with evenly balanced harmonics.
Stunning tonewoods
Thanks to its neck which has been sculpted from mahogany, you receive a quick and dynamic response with plenty of warmth and resonance. Its nature allows it to respond superbly to numerous playing styles and techniques with ease, perfect for getting creative and unleashing true potential. The neck has been topped with an ebony fingerboard that adds ringing sustain, plenty of bite and a bright sizzle to the guitar's overall tone. For added aesthetic appeal, the fingerboard also features Faith's majestic 'F' logo placed on the 12th fret and inlaid in mother of pearl for an elegant look.
Ready for stage and studio
In order to further enhance this model, it comes equipped with Fishman electronics, which make it perfect for live, studio and rehearsal environments. The Venus Blood Moon features a Fishman INK3 preamp and an undersaddle pickup. Its pickup faithfully picks-up the guitar's natural and sonically pleasing acoustic voice and projects each stunning nuance with optional tone shaping. The preamp offers an elegant, modern, and unobtrusive design with smooth rotary controls for volume, bass, middle and treble, perfect for a precise and accurate performance. Its preamp also features a built-in tuner that offers precise and easy tuning on the go, whether performing acoustically or amplified.
