Unique Multi-Scale Performance
A unique aspect of the LTD M-1007 is its multi-scale setup. This provides you with a fanned fingerboard and varying scale lengths to optimise string tension across its extended range. The different scale lengths provide the correct amount of string tension required for each string, maximising sustain, tone thickness, and string resistance.
The fanned fret design is also inherently more ergonomic for the left hand, following the same curve your hand would naturally make whilst playing.
Produce Killer Tones with the Seymour Duncan Pickups
A set of Seymour Duncan's Nazgul and Sentient pickups provide the ESP LTD with its powerful riffs and screaming leads. The Nazgul humbucker combines a large ceramic magnet with custom windings to deliver the ideal blend between note articulation and saturation. Its wide harmonic content and tight bass response makes it perfect for high-gain music styles.
The Sentient humbucker provides you with a beautifully balanced and versatile tone. Its pristine cleans and fluid leads will suit any playing style. Its articulate vintage output lets you deliver incredibly dynamic soundscapes. While its wide harmonic range is perfect for low tunings.
Both pickups are always wired to a push/pull tone control. This lets you switch the humbuckers into a single-coil configuration. Expanding the ESP's tonal capabilities and letting you deliver a more expressive performance.
Beautifully Constructed from High-Quality Tonewoods
Like other ESP's, the LTD M Series Guitar is crafted from a selection of strong tonewoods that improve performance and sound. Its mahogany body enhances your tone's warm characteristics, providing a thick midrange response and a powerful resonance. The additional flamed maple top gives the M-1007 a stunning and unique aesthetic that will stand out on any stage.
Its maple neck is reinforced with purple heart, increasing its strength and stability for an enhanced resonance. The neck is also topped with a smooth ebony fingerboard. This combination delivers the perfect amount of low-end articulation ideal for metal.
A Comfortable and Reliable Partner
The ESP LTD M-1007 is designed for effortless playability. Featuring a double cutaway body, low profile neck joint, and a fast neck spec. Jumbo frets are also used, letting you deliver notes and bends with ease. The fingerboard also has a very flat 400mm radius. This is perfect for setting up a low-action for faster playing.
The equipped hardware all work together to give you a thoroughly stable instruments that is resistant to changes in humidity. You can play the guitar as actively as you want and experiment with different tunings. You will always a stable platform to perform with all night.
