Mahogany Body & Maple Neck

The Malibu MB-2 Electric Guitar incorporates a Mahogany body and Maple neck construction to offer a resonant, warm and rich tonality. Heavier in weight than Basswood or Ash, Mahogany is a dense wood which adds to the bass and low middle response helping to produce a thicker and rounded tone. The neck is a speedy Maple wood which produces bright dynamics and a quick note attack.

Rosewood Fingerboard

With a 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard optimized for a smooth and quick playability the Malibu MB-2 also employs a 12 inch fretboard radius which provides easy access and fluid playability whether playing chords or lightning lead licks.

Vintage Tremolo Bridge

Featuring a Vintage Tremolo bridge the Greg Bennett MB-2 offers impressive sustain whilst also being able to add unique vibrato and tremolo effects. With a string-thru construction the MB-2 provides advanced resonance as the strings transfer vibrations through the bridge as they pass through the body to the string loaded tremolo system.

Humbucking and Single Coil Pickups

Loaded with a direct mount humbucker in the bridge position and two single coils in the middle and neck positions the Malibu MB-2 is capable of creating an array of premium tones, from smooth, transparent cleans to quick attacking rhythms. Additionally the dual tone controls and 5-way blade pickup switch can be used to combine pickups and create further tonal options.

15 Watt Guitar Amp - Perfect for Practising or Jamming

Whether you're practising at home or jamming with your mates, this 15 Watt Amp has the volume you need to get heard, but won't get your parents or neighbours complaining! Portable and lightweight, the amp can easily be carried to lessons or a jam session.

With a 3 band EQ, Gain and Master Volume on the front panel, you can easily dial in your own tone. Crank the on board switchable boost, and add some serious crunch and distortion to your sound - great for rock, metal and blues.

If volume is an issue, plug a set of headphones into this amp's headphone output, and you have a silent set-up - ideal for undisturbed practice sessions. You can also play along to your favourite riffs by connecting an audio player to the amp's RCA inputs.

A rear-mounted tilt-back panel allows you to angle the amp towards you whilst sitting down, to make sure you get the best of the tones you'll be creating.
