Quality Tonewoods
The Davie504 EVO features a cedar body finished in Black Burst. Its contoured body is very comfortable to hold and offers easy high-fret access from its double cutaway design. The neck is maple giving bright overtones and is satin finished for a very smooth left-hand playing feel.
Versatile Electronics
The Chowny Davie504 EVO Bass has a single humbucker reminiscent of other modern bass guitars. It is wired up to a Retrovibe Stinger ’77 preamp which gives you increased control over the bass and treble frequencies along with an overall sonic expansion. With its range of controls, this makes the Davie504 a very versatile bass instrument. Like Davie504’s online music, the signature model bass will be perfect for funk with great clarity in chordal playing. Its versatility will also adapt easily to other styles of music.
