Designed with the player in mind, Brooklyn select guitars prioritise high-quality craftsmanship and excellent ergonomics. Whether it be the contoured body, the punchy humbucking pickups or the slim profile maple neck, these guitars provide player-friendly refinements at every opportunity.
The Poplar body provides resonant and bright qualities which perfectly complement the humbucker pickups, and has been specially contoured to a classic double cutaway design, giving easy access to the higher register of the guitar. The body also features in-built strap buttons, meaning you can play your Brooklyn select for hours without strain, and jam in whatever position feels most comfortable for you.
The glossy maple neck has been tailored to a slim and comfortable 'C shape' and layered on top of the neck is a comfortable Laurel fretboard. Pearloid inlays give the Brooklyn select models an added premium look and feel.
Reliable hardware
A chrome tune-o-matic bridge and vintage-style machine heads provide solid tuning stability and make maintenance easy. The bolt-on neck construction is a classic, reliable design used across countless guitars. Matte finishes on the body and neck give the guitar a sleek, modern appearance and feel, great on stage or for home practice alike.
Versatile pickups and controls
The Brooklyn comes equipped with two covered humbucking pickups and a three-way selector switch – a classic configuration used by players like Angus Young, Tony Iommi, and Derek Trucks. The three-way switch allows you to select different combinations of the two pickups as follows:
- Bridge Pickup Only
- Bridge and Neck Pickups
- Neck Pickup Only

These three pickup positions give access to a wide range of classic tones. The bridge pickup offers a bright, aggressive sound that works well for cutting lead lines and crunchy rhythm parts, ideal for heavier rock or punk. The neck pickup is warmer and rounder, perfect for smooth solos or laid-back rhythm work. And when both pickups are combined, you get a balanced, full-bodied tone that suits anything from blues to hard rock, making the Brooklyn a flexible choice for developing your sound.
The two awesome pickups are also controlled via intuitive volume and tone dials, making it easier than ever to get your ideal sound. The tone knob allows you to quickly brighten/dampen your tone and the volume knob gives you instant access to adjusting your level.
10W Electric Guitar Amp by Gear4music
The 10W Electric Guitar Amp by Gear4music is a compact and reliable practice amplifier with a 5" speaker, intuitive controls and a great sound. The super-simple layout makes dialling-in tones
feel remarkably straightforward, and allows ample room for experimentation.
The 'Low' and 'High' controls on the amp allow you to dial in your favourite sound, whilst 'Gain' provides a wide range of tonal possibilities from sparkling cleans to crunchy rhythms. You can even jam along to your favourite songs and backing tracks with the 3.5mm aux input!
