Composer Pro CD

The ComposerPro® Optical Disc Duplicator has dual CD drives and 100-disc capacity for high-volume disc duplication.

If you need to produce a lot of CD-Rs look no further than the ComposerPro from Primera Technology. It offers all the features, performance and dependability that has made Primera a leader in desktop CD and DVD duplication and printing. Its 100-disc capacity and dual CD-R recorders lets you produce high volumes of discs - right on your own desktop.

Simple Operation, Reliable Performance

Once started, ComposerPro operates completely unattended. Simply place up to 100 blank discs in the input bin. ComposerPro`s integrated robotics will automatically load discs into the high-speed CD-R recorders.

Precision Robotic Control

Discs are transported to the dual CD-R recorders and optional printer by ComposerPro`s advanced robotic arm. This precision mechanism picks each disc and puts it in the appropriate recording or printing station with placement accuracy better than 0.06 of an inch (1.5mm), assuring you of reliable, unattended operation for each and every job.

Advanced Six-Color Printing

Signature Z6 is the worlds first professional CD/DVD printer to offer six-color inkjet printing. By adding light cyan and light magenta to CMYK, printed photos look more natural. Colors are brighter and more vibrant, while shades and gradations are more gradual and smooth. Combining six-color inks with 4800 DPI resolution delivers the worlds best direct-to-disc printing available.

Signature Z6 includes Primera`s PrimaColor and exclusive new Z-Color Color Matching Systems for the most accurate and precise control over the colors you create and print.

Large Ink Cartridges for a Low Cost Per Disc

Cost per disc is one of the most important considerations when purchasing a CD/DVD printer for high-volume, professional use. That`s why Signature Z6 has large, 34 and 41ml ink cartridges filled at 100% for its color and black inks. This enables the cost per disc to be about half that of other printers sold in the professional market.

For fully automated disc production, Signature Z6 interfaces with Primera`s Composer XL, enabling automatic disc burning and printing for up to 100 discs per job.
