Baritone Scale Length
Featuring a 27-inch scale length as appose to traditional 24.75, 25, and 25.5 inch scale lengths, the SC-607B provides players with baritone capabilities ideal for a range of technical playing styles. Due to the longer scale length, the ESP can be tuned to a range of low tunings such as standard tuning (B,E,A,D,G,B,E), or fourth tuning (B,E,A,D,G,C,F) particularly favourable with heavy metal players requiring a low and deep tone.
Lightweight Alder Body
The ESP LTD SCT-607B Stephen Carpenter Electric Guitar features lightweight alder wings, with a neck-through construction, offering a resonant tone with stunning aesthetics. The neck-through construction allows easier access to the higher frets, because there is no need for a heel, therefore offering smooth playability.
Fishman Fluence SRC Signature Active Pickups
Fishman Fluence SRC Signature pickups provide you with two distinct and powerful voices, that can be selected by using push-pull tone knobs. The re-imagined active electronics offer the incredibly powerful and muscular, classic humbucker sound without the noise, hum or undesirable feedback. Players can easily select their preferred voice using the volume and tone controls with push/pull functionality, as well as the 3-way toggle switch.
Tonepros Locking Tune-O-Matic Bridge & Tailpiece
The LTD SCT-607B features the popular Tonepros Tune-O-Matic bridge, also known as a TOM bridge. Complete with tailpiece, this TOM bridge is especially designed to deliver superb sustain, thanks to it innovative patented design. With this bridge, each string can be intonated individually, for the best tone possible. In addition, the LTD SCT-607B electric guitar also incorporates a string-thru body construction, which improves sustain by transferring vibrations and resonance from the string to the body as it goes over the tune-o-matic bridge.
