Each drum pad on the TT-20M features a tensionable mesh head. This gives a much more natural rebound and feel compared to rubber pads, closer to an acoustic drum kit. Whether you're practising rudiments or playing dynamically, the mesh surface responds accurately to your playing style. Tuning the heads lets you customise the stick response to suit your preference, making this kit adaptable to a range of techniques.

Dual-zone pads for more realistic playing

All pads and cymbals on the kit feature dual-zone triggering. On the snare, this means you can access cross-stick and rim-shot sounds. On cymbals, it enables realistic edge and bow articulation, along with choke capability. These features help expand your playing vocabulary and add more expression to performances, especially when playing genres that require dynamic variation or acoustic-style accents.

Connectivity that goes beyond practice

With both USB and MIDI outputs, the TT-20M is well-suited to home recording and live triggering. You can connect straight to your computer to trigger software instruments or record multi-channel drum tracks.
