Yes! Every purchase from our secondhand platform comes with a 6-month warranty as standard, giving you peace of mind and protection against any unexpected issues.
Can I return a secondhand instrument or gear if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
Yes! You can return secondhand instruments or gear for a full refund within 14 days if you aren't satisfied with your purchase. Please take note of

Can I trade-in my equipment with Gear4music?
Yes! We offer a flexible trade-in service that allows you to receive cash or Gear4music credit for your instrument or equipment.
We carefully curate our secondhand range, so not everything on our site can be traded in. To see if your item can be traded in, search for your item on our trade-in page and confirm its condition. Following this, select if you’d like to receive cash or Gear4music account credit towards your next purchase and select your return options. We’ll then collect your item and send your cash or credit within a few days of receiving your item.
