The Turbosound TX122M is a 2-way 12-inch full-range loudspeaker designed for portable PA applications and stage monitoring. The high excursion 12” LF Driver includes a low mass voice coil for improved transient response and punch in the low-end. The aluminium dome 1” compression driver delivers extended high frequency reproduction. Combined together, the two drivers produce an extended frequency range (60 Hz – 20 kHz -10 dB) capturing every nuance of your original audio was it was intended. The drivers are matched using an internal passive crossover network in a reflex-loaded enclosure for optimal audio performance. The low distortion waveguide provides optimal 70° H x 50° V dispersion with a low profile design that maximises audience sight lines. The result is exceptional audio quality that will easily fill out most environments.
Construction & Connectivity
The TX122M 2-Way Loudspeaker encases the LF and HF drivers in the hard wearing carpet covered 18mm (3/4”) wood enclosure. The front of the loudspeaker includes a rugged powder coated perforated steel mesh grille, protecting all the internal components from impact damage. The robust design and construction ensures that the Turbsound TX122M Loudspeaker can withstand with rigors of extended live use. The Neutrik speakON NL4 connectors ensure reliable long life operation and can be used for link connection to additional enclosures. The dual angle pole mount is designed for easy mounting with 35mm poles/speaker stands, combined with the wide dispersion to deliver exceptional audience coverage. The design makes it ideal for FOH, side fill and monitoring applications. Additionally, the TX122M Loudspeaker features durable handles for added maneuverability, making life and carrying easier than ever.
