Key Features
Larger than life sound in a compact size. If you were impressed by the renowned System II then you'll be blown away by Erica Synths' Das Kleine Fusion. The younger sibling provides the same level of quality at a price which won't break the bank.
Erica Synths are a company like no other. They're one of a small number of manufacturers who still continue to install vacuum tubes in their modules. Tubes are unpredictable. They enable you to push your sound to its limits and create warmth and depth with saturation. This synthesizer is a must-have for any musician, producer, and sound designer

The Das Kleine Fusion provides you with five handy modules. You'll be in awe at how they'll influence your approach to performance, sound design, and production. Experimentation is endless thanks to a real variety of patch points. This will give you the most unconventional and unprecedented results to push your sonic boundaries. Stand out from the crowd with the Das Kleine Fusion.
This module is wholly analog. It provides you with 3 waveforms that can be blended to create innovative textures, as well as transistor-based sub-oscillator. The VC02 also includes 2 Bucket Bridge Delays (BBD) that are mixed into the main oscillator to provide the effect of detuned Voltage Controlled Oscillators. Create the wildest of frequency beats by adjusting the knob clockwise. This increases the amount that the internal LFO is detuned. This is a fantastic way to create larger-than-life sounds that guarantees the room's focus stays on you at all times.
If you desire to really mangle your tone then increase the level of the tube crunch knob. There's no overdrive available on the market that sounds as good as this. You can also use this as a natural form of compression to reduce the dynamics of your signal. Whether you're aiming for subtle colouration or Lo-Fi grit. This is designed to make any sound full of excitement and energy.
The wide range of in-and-outs that the VC02 offers provides you with a seemingly infinite number of options. This makes it excellent for those who are never satisfied, and are constantly chasing the latest, and greatest sounds. Thanks to the inclusion of the module in the Das Kleine Fusion, you'll constantly feel inspired and excited to breakthrough sonic boundaries.
Thanks to the VCF3's innovative build, you'll be provided with smooth analog filtering. This is down to its unique design that merges vacuum tubes and vactrols with a 24dB/oct lowpass filter. This module is incredibly versatile. You'll be able to use the isolated audio mixer and buffered multiple in conjunction with the on-board potentiometer to generate varied modulation patterns. This module is incredible for providing you with even more tube saturation and distortion possibilities.
You'll find that the ringmodulator inputs are normalised out to outputs one and two of the VCA. This means you'll always have a constant source of signal in the ringmodulator . To spice things up, turn the ringmodulator into a unique tone shaping tool by patching in the same VCO from Input 1 and 2.
The CV record knob is where things get really interesting. By rotating the knob, you'll be able to automate your signal. During playback, the knob transforms into both a divider and multiplier. Rotating past the 12:00 clockwise position sees the multiplication go up by 2, 3, 4 and 8.
When recording automation, push and hold the CV record. The increased level of brightness will indicate that the function is active. In order to record, push and hold whilst the previous automation is playing, and rotate the knob however you see fit. It's important to note that any additional moves will wipe out the previous layer automation. Should you desire to do so, pausing automation playback is incredibly easy. Simply push in the knob once. Press twice to clear the record buffer.
Small, strange, and powerful. This is a complex, all-inclusive sound shaping module. Although it is not your standard VCA, it can certainly operate as one. The real strength of this module lies in what it can achieve through advanced modulation.
Based on 2 miniature pentodes that function as a VCA, Waveshaper and Ringmodulator. You'll be free to apply 2 CVs simultaneously at different stages to create interesting sound design effects. Create wonder and excitement by driving the tubes. The only restrictions you'll face are the limitations of your imagination!
Use the bias controls to adjust the voltage of both the vaccum tubes. This allows you to achieve even more tonal variety when performing and recording. From subtle waveshaping, to full-on creative abuse, absolutely anything is possible. The seemingly infinite number of options from one module makes the Das Kleine Fusion a real asset to own.
Consisting of several blocks with two EMS Synthi envelope loop generators. You'll find the Fusion Modulation to be a versatile modulation source that is 100 percent analog. This is a must have for anyone who creates drone and ambient styles of music.
Set the looping generators to focus specifically on high frequencies, and use the remaining two for low frequency content. The VCA allows you to adjust the volume of the envelope signal, as well as modulate the decay time from random voltages that exist within the S&H circuitry. Over time, the sound will evolve so make sure you're constantly recording to make sure no moments become ephemeral passages!
