Perfect for live performance, Spark2's home page also includes a 16-step sequencer which can be edited further in the dedicated window, with loop controls, sequencer positioning and direction among more. A global X/Y pad offers creative control over a mapped parameter and can be used to shape your sound with an EQ, alter the level filter level, resonance control or more.
More than just samples and instruments, Spark2 is a fully encompassed drum production solution and this includes the onboard sequencer page. Here, you can chain sequences together with variations for depth and progression in your tracks. With 32 steps per instrument, you can go much more than the traditional 8-bar drum loop you're used to. Not only can you build the foundations of your beat with the sequencer, but it can also be used to trigger automation parameters for the onboard modules, effects, controls and more. Both X/Y pads and automation lanes are included and allow automation of up to 15 parameters per instrument!
