An Authentic Touch
Despite being a digital piano, the KDP110 has the touch and response of an acoustic instrument. The Responsive Hammer Compact keyboard has been carefully designed to have an organic response to your touch throughout the entire motion of pressing each key. The keys have no springs in them for a more consistent response. The keys benefit from separately weighted hammers for increased stability and familiarity for classical musicians. No matter how modern or traditional your playing style is, everyone can benefit from the KDP110’s advanced touch.
Bluetooth Connectivity
With both Bluetooth MIDI and USB-MIDI function, you can connect the KDP110 to your computer. Convenient for synthesisers, work stations and notating compositions. Thanks to Kawai’s Bluetooth technology you can also connect your digital piano to any supported smart devices.
Kawai in the Industry
Established in 1927, Kawai is now one of the largest music manufacturers in the world. Kawai focuses only on creating high-quality acoustic and digital pianos and have produced some of the most famous concert grand pianos in the world, such as the Shigeru Kawai EX and Shigeru Kawai SK-5.
In creating their range of digital pianos, Kawai makes use of this expertise to replicate as closely as possible the experience of playing an acoustic grand piano. Kawai pioneered the use of wooden key components in digital pianos and continue to innovate for an ever more authentic piano playing experience.
In-Built Lesson Function
Developing your skills has never been easier thanks to Kawai’s lesson features. The Concert Magic has 88 integrated songs, varying from classical to Christmas, with adjustable rhythm and tempo. The Concert Magic intuitively adjusts to your playing, making it suitable for anyone wanting to enhance their sense of rhythm. The onboard Alfred’s Basic Piano lessons offer a more traditional layout for learning music, whilst still remaining easy to use and accessible to all.
5 Year European Warranty
As an expression of the confidence Kawai have in the design and manufacturing of their instruments, they offer a 5-year warranty for parts and labour with all their digital pianos. Within the first two years, which is covered by Gear4music, simply contact our Customer Services team on 0330 365 444 and we will organise the repair/replacement, subject to issue. Kawai will honour any manufacturing defects after this two year period subject to completing the warranty information which will be enclosed with your piano and Kawai will organise the repair/replacement as deemed necessary.
