The Will Adler Warbird is powered by a pair of Seymour Duncan WA Signature Pickups at the neck and bridge. The bridge humbucker is packed with huge tones that work exceptionally well for heavier styles. It produces a full-bodied upper midrange, with plenty of grind and bite at the lower end. Whilst the neck humbucker is vintage-voiced and delivers a dynamic tone with ringing sustain and bright attack. The pickups can handle Adler's aggressive and intense playing style, and help re-create his sound.
The ESP Signature Will Adler Guitar is based on the iconic ESP Eclipse body along with a comfortable single cutaway, providing easy access to the higher frets. The body is crafted from mahogany, delivering a sound with warmth and resonance, as well as good bite and sustain. The mahogany body features a maple top for enhanced brightness, clarity and overall a fuller sound.
This Signature Will Adler guitar features a 3-piece maple neck that provides excellent durability, and is more resistant to warping than classic 1-piece necks. Its thin U-shaped profile is perfect for quick shredding, allowing players to easily navigate the fingerboard without losing any comfort. The maple offers beautifully bright tones, with searing highs and strong mids for a dynamic performance. The ebony fingerboard brings added sustain and plenty of snappy attack. The neck-thru construction offers advanced sustain and resonance by optimising the contact between the neck and body joint.
The ESP Will Adler Warbird features an innovative TonePros Locking Tune-O-Matic Bridge and Tail piece system which eliminates a problem which some guitarists may have encountered. The lack of stability when the strings are removed, sometimes causes the bridge/tailpiece to fall off and minor, meaning that unwanted adjustments to the bridge height need to be made. The TonePros Locking Tune-O-Matic Bridge and Tailpiece make that a thing of the past, with high tension springs fitted into the attachments, the bridge now clips and locks into place without the use of tools and also increases sustain by up to 20. This Warbird Electric Guitar also features Sperzel Locking Tuners that are designed to provide players with excellent tuning stability and reliability.
Will Adler is best known as the rhythm guitarist and songwriter of American heavy metal band, Lambs of God. He has released 9 studio albums with Lamb of God, and has won 5 Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards as part of the band.
