Hagstrom also manufactured a range of acoustic guitars and classical guitars in the 70’s. Production stopped in 1985 and instantly Hagstrom guitars became high value collector’s items. In 2004 the company was resurrected with the new Vintage and Ultralux series, these guitars were built using the original machines or exact replicas. They are now used by artists such as Pat Smear (Foo Fighters), Curtis Chambers (P .Diddy) Aaron North (Nine Inch Nails) and many more. Here at Gear4music we are proud to have Hagstrom electric guitars and electric basses which are built to be almost identical to the originals.
