The 000-X2E Brazilian Sunburst uses Martin’s 000-14F body size, providing a comfortable alternative to larger acoustic designs while maintaining a balanced response. Its proportions make the guitar suitable for a wide variety of playing styles, giving you an adaptable instrument for different approaches to acoustic playing. The solid spruce top provides the foundation for classic Martin tone, supported by scalloped X bracing beneath the soundboard. Brazilian rosewood-patterned HPL forms the back and sides, combining its distinctive appearance with exceptional durability when the guitar is exposed to changing environments.
Relaxed short-scale feel
A 24.9" scale length gives the 000-X2E Brazilian Sunburst a relaxed playing feel, complementing the comfortable proportions of its 000 body. The neck is made from select hardwood with Martin’s PA profile and a hand-applied finish, and the select hardwood fingerboard measures 1 3/4" wide at the nut. Its 20 frets provide plenty of range for chords, melodic parts, and fingerstyle playing. Chrome enclosed-gear tuning machines provide straightforward tuning adjustment.
