Mahogany & Spruce Construction

Crafted with mahogany back and sides, and topped with select spruce, the Epiphone DR-212 Acoustic Guitar delivers an array of sonically pleasing tones to suit different playing styles. Mahogany provides a rich, sonic warmth, with plenty of resonance and it offers thick, meaty mids; deep, woody lows, and good amounts of bite. The mahogany combined with the spruce top, extends the mahogany's tonal range to enhance the overall sound with bright, tight and expressive characteristics. The spruce top also delivers wide dynamic response, as well as a direct and focused tone.

12-String Dreadnought Guitar

The Epiphone DR-212 Guitar has a dreadnought body shape, that provides players with good amounts of projection for both stage and studio use. The guitar offers a beautifully balanced tone that yields rich, and full-bodied tones which will accommodate for a wide range of different styles. The Epiphone DR-212 provides a 12 string guitar that doesn't reduce the quality of the tone, but instead offers a distinctive and enhanced sound.
