The Tierra Audio Canyon 16 Summing Mixer lets you inject the unrivalled character and tone of pure analog hardware circuitry into your recordings. A must-have for the modern producer or mixing engineer, your audio will travel through separate circuits within the Canyon to produce the unmistakable sound, feel and depth to your tracks through expertly calibrated transformers and hand-built components. Meticulously designed, the Canyon takes your sound from sterile and lifeless to three-dimensional and crystal clear with well-defined bass, mellow mid-range and articulate high-end.
A simple yet elegant solution to transform your sound, 16 channels of mono audio are available to route through individual instruments or busses to give your sound the professional edge it needs to stand out from the crowd, with a level and pan knob per-channel to have complete control over your sound.
Open the doors to sonic experimentation with the INSERT jack featured within Canyon. This gives you the opportunity to route through your favourite hardware processors into Canyon and process your mix through these. With this function, you can patch in your favourite compressors or distortion units and using the built-in blend dial, process them in parallel for spectacular sonic destruction.

With the inclusion of the INSERT jack, Canyon lets you patch in your favourite other rack equipment and effects to processes alongside your mix, whether that's EQ, compression, transient designers or anything else you may need to spice up your mix. However, the experimenting doesn't stop there! Canyon features a blend control, allowing you to control the precise amount of dry to wet signal with your external equipment. This allows you the perfect opportunity to include industry tricks such as parallel compression to your mix, whereby you can heavily compress your signal and blend on a small percentage of it to your signal, giving you a huge amount of punch, sustain and consistency to your mix without over-compressing.
