We will only issue a new product or refund if the supplier confirms that your product has not been activated. At the same time, we will ask them to invalidate it so that it cannot be used in the future.

Where the NobleQ shines is through the immaculate tube emulation. This convincingly simulates the sound of real vacuum tubes processing your audio to imprint the sonic signature of vintage equipment and hardware. An adjustable valve character switch lets you change from 'valve', 'clear' and 'bypass' modes to define the style of vacuum tube emulation and when combined with an adjustable 'valve' dial, you can create any flavour of tone you need. Much like traditional passive EQ's, the PSP NobleQ is ideal for mixing instruments or full instrument busses with lots of low-end such as kick drums, bass guitar or synthesizers. The secret is in the two shelves, one which boosts, whilst the other attenuates at a slightly higher frequency. This combination allows you to boost the fundamentals of your instrument whilst removing some of the upper harmonics in the upper bass/lower midrange that can lead to congested and 'boxy' sounding audio. The inclusion of the shelf frequency control allows you to dial this in to perfection for your chosen application, ensuring you can boost the right amount of punch without over-cooking the subs. To tidy up the lower-end region of your tracks, the included high-pass frequency dial lets you carve out any boosted low-end as a result of the shelf to maintain a clean and tight sound.
Similar in function to the low-end, the midrange and high frequencies also make use of a dual-filter approach to sculpt and shape your tone. A variable-width peak filter lets you set the Q-factor of the range of frequencies that you are affecting, whilst a gain dial can be set to either boost or attenuate for a wide range of functions. Of course, the peak frequency can be adjusted to find the sweet spot for the instrument or buss within your mix. The interaction between the gain boost or attenuation and the width dial creates a unique experience that you simply don't get from precise digital EQ plugins. The warmth and smoothness is prominent, helping to tame harsh high frequencies in distorted guitars, vocals or even cymbals or to remove honky and overpowering midrange from drum shells, synthesizers or acoustic guitars.
Although inspired by hardware EQs of the past, the PSP NobleQ doesn't emulate the exact parameters of a specific piece of equipment, allowing for more creative freedom by including more contemporary and modern features such as adjustable high-pass filters and more.
