Designed to unify your entire MIDI system, the CME WIDI Bud Pro offers adaptability for interfaces, instruments and any other MIDI device within your setup. Powered by SCA (Smart Connectivity Algorithm) technology and Bluetooth-5, the Bud Pro integrates your system into one cohesive unit. Fully bi-directional for transmission and reception with dual-role automation as both a central and peripheral connection, you can enjoy the two-way performance with your devices. No matter what system or equipment you're using, the Bud Pro can detect and transmit any MIDI message from CC, MIDI clock, long SysEx (5kb) and even MPE.

A proprietary collection of highly effective algorithms that optimise your performance, the SCA encompasses Dual Role automation, Automatic Pairing, Smart Hub Functionality, Latency Reduction Optimisation and even Range Performance Optimisation.

Powered only by the 5V USB connection to your device, the Bud Pro lets you enjoy the fully standalone wireless solution, not tethered down to any mains cables.

Lifetime of updates

As technology progresses and evolves, so will your Bud Pro. Regular Firmware updates will be undertaken, ensuring that your device reaps any benefits from the latest technology developments. Any updates you need to do to your Bud Pro can be done entirely remotely and wirelessly via the CME WIDI App on your iOS and Android device.

Create wireless MIDI groups

Using the integrated architecture of the Bud Pro, you can create and configure groups of up to five Bluetooth MIDI devices. Using your WIDI app, the auto-learn mode of your CME Bud Pro can connect to four other devices simultaneously to send and receive any MIDI message type throughout your entire system. This replacesthe need for any MIDI interfaces, Thru and Merge boxes. By bypassing those middlemen, you can optimise the performance of your MIDI setups ánd go completely wireless.

The bi-directional performance of the CME WIDI Bud Pro ensures that they can either be used as the central or peripheral, sending and receiving messages however way you need it. You simply power up your WIDI devices, and the rest is fully automated. The bi-directionality of transmission means you can use the CME WIDI Bud Pro to create a MIDI Thru or Merge function, just like connecting a cable between two devices.
