It supports precise transmission of all standard MIDI messages including clock, sysex, MTC and MPE, and uses a 32 bit processor for stable, low latency performance.

The H2MIDI Pro focuses on stable, accurate MIDI transmission. Using a 32 bit processor, it processes MIDI data with four times the speed of typical interfaces. All MIDI messages are transferred without delay or jitter, including system exclusive data, MIDI timecode and multi-dimensional polyphonic expression.
The onboard optocoupler handles MIDI input securely, reducing the risk of data errors when syncing with external gear. This makes it suitable for tight clock-based setups, high resolution expression data, or detailed automation sequences. Everything stays in sync with consistent timing across all connected devices.
The H2MIDI Pro offers four modes to match different gear configurations. Simple Mode connects a USB MIDI keyboard or controller directly to 5 pin DIN hardware with no need for a computer. Expand Mode enables connection of up to eight USB MIDI devices through an external hub, providing more options for combining controllers, synthesizers or pedals.
Advanced Mode connects to a computer or tablet over USB C and provides two virtual MIDI inputs and two outputs. Customise Mode unlocks full routing, filtering and mapping control via the free HxMIDI Tools app. These modes allow you to easily switch between portable setups, studio integration and live rig configurations.
Designed with compact spaces in mind, the H2MIDI Pro fits easily onto a pedalboard or into a mobile rig. The lightweight body does not add weight to your setup and its reversible placement allows for clean cabling.
Power can be supplied through USB using a standard cable or power bank, or via a 9 volt DC input using a guitar pedal power supply. This gives you the choice to run the unit from studio power, stage pedalboards or on the go without a fixed power source. This kind of flexibility makes it useful for guitarists, keyboard players and electronic musicians alike.
The free HxMIDI Tools software is available for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android. It allows you to edit MIDI routing paths, merge or split signals, and apply channel or message filtering. You can block or reassign incoming or outgoing messages, and remap MIDI controls to suit your instrument or software.
Up to four custom presets can be saved directly on the device and accessed without needing a computer. This makes it easier to switch between different configurations mid-session or on stage. These tools give full control over how MIDI data flows through your setup and reduce the need for extra software or gear.
