Dial in VCO frequency modulation, three modes of pulse-width modulation, or full-blow cross modulation for dynamic crashing sweeps. Define distinct characters per voice for massive and unique sounds by switching between using fine-tuning, a noise waveform, octave ranges, switchable sync, and more to unlock a huge range of timbral possibilities.
Get to grips with the original dual filter configuration that defined the status quo for years to come. A resonant low-pass VCF produces electrifying sweeps and bubbling bass, and a separate hi-pass filter smooths out the low end. Bring a sense of play to the filtering section with some hefty modulation, putting the filter in line with your performance with LFO, ENV, and keyboard control.
Two ADSR envelope generators sprinkle in plenty of sonic variation in tune with every note you play. Envelope one can modulate the VCO pitch, PWM, and VCF cutoff. All of this is achieved with a simple hands-on workflow that can be easily switched up on the fly to produce dynamic and exciting results.

Voice dispersion introduces a detailed emulation of the naturally occurring voltage variations that give vintage analog gear so much character. Jup-8 V gives you total control over this character in the values of six parameters for each voice, from oscillator pitch to filter resonance. Choose from four degrees of dispersion, or dive deep and tweak each parameter to your unique taste.
Jup-8 V is built for playability as much as it is built for complex and nuanced sound design. Expressive controls like LFO Mod and pitch bend are essential to this, but now there are more options to bring a dynamic sense of play to your sound than ever. Add ghost notes and semitone glides routed directly to either VCO, or both at once. Furthermore, route the bender to the VCF for an unmistakable Jupiter-style sound that emphasises high notes and pre-chorus builds.
