Full Description

The MX32B is a stereo unit designed to mix the signals from three microphones and one of three, switch selectable, mono or stereo A/V sources. Video may be switched together with the audio programme when fitted with the video I/O option. The MX32B is designed for operation by non pro-audio users and so keeps operation as simple as possible whilst retaining full features and performance specifications.

The microphone preamplifier has a wide dynamic range with very low noise and distortion. Each of the balanced Mic/Line inputs has a pre-fade Insert point for additional signal processing such as equalisation, compression or gating. On the front panel each channel has Phantom Power switching, switch selectable Mic or Line input, a Volume control and a Pan control to position the signal. Priority switching allows one or more channels to take priority over the remaining channels and the A/V source.

A 2 band EQ, Master level control and dual 10 segment LED output metering make the MX32B quick to set up and operate. The unit is provided with an unbalanced Record output and balanced Main outputs.

The versatility of the MX32B makes it ideally suited to stereo conference PA and recording and also clubs, stadia and churches.
