The E1 Air uses Korg’s Real Weighted Hammer Action 3 (RH3) keyboard to deliver an authentic piano feel. Just like an acoustic grand, it’s heavier at the bass end and lighter in the treble. This lets you play with nuance, from light touches to powerful chords. The keyboard also features five selectable touch curves, so you can fine-tune the response to your own playing style, whether you’re working on gentle phrasing or dynamic runs.

Immersive sound with Italian concert grands

At its core, the E1 Air offers two expressive Italian concert grand samples. One delivers a balanced, all-round tone suitable for anything from classical pieces to pop practice. The second provides a newly sampled grand with more ambience and warmth, ideal for emotionally rich performances. Paired with damper resonance and key-off simulation, the piano responds just like an acoustic, capturing every subtle detail of your playing.

Play, practise and produce

This piano comes with 30 sounds, including strings, electric pianos, and organs – all with automatic brilliance, reverb, and chorus settings. You can record your performances with the built-in two-track recorder, practise each hand separately using playback controls, and loop tricky parts to focus your efforts. Split and Layer Modes add flexibility, while Partner Mode is ideal for teaching and duets. Plus, you get apps like Korg Module and Gadget 2 Le for music creation, and a 3-month Skoove premium plan for guided learning.

The E1 Air is just 35cm deep, making it ideal for small rooms without sacrificing sound or playability. Its smooth lid and internal power supply help keep things tidy and safe, especially for family spaces. The EvoTone power system ensures stable, clean sound without noise or distortion, enhancing clarity and response.
