LaunchKey Mini has been designed to make it easy and fun to produce electronic music. All the controls work as soon as you plug it in and are arranged to make the most sense in Ableton Live. 16 velocity-sensitive pads let you launch clips and play beats.

They light up to show you when clips are loaded, playing and recorded and are laid out to match your Ableton Live session view; one row to launch clips, and one row to stop them. The LaunchKey Mini MK2 is also fully compatible with other DAWs including automatic control for FL Studio.

Compact With Comprehensive Controls

The LaunchKey Mini MK2 features a 25-note velocity-sensitive keybed provide natural and fluid playability. The fast synth-style keys are ideal for creating melodies, creating percussive loops and everything in between.

You can tweak the sounds of yoru instruments and effect or freely reassign using eight high-quality knobs. The multi-coloured velocity-sensitive pads adds another way to interact with your sounds. They act such as drum machine pads that can be used to create drum loops, play melodies, trigger samples and more. This also makes the LaunchKey ideal for live performances as well as studio work.

Rugged Construction and Versatile Connectivity

LaunchKey Mini is compact and tough enough to throw in your bag, so you can take it anywhere. Fully class compliant and bus-powered via USB, it is ready to use the moment you plug it into your laptop, with no need for any drivers or power cables. You can also connect it to your iPad via a Camera Connection Kit to control all sorts of iOS music apps, like Novation's free LaunchKey App.

Complete With Ableton Live Lite 9 and VST Plugins

Comes with Ableton Live Lite music making software, 4GB of Loopmasters samples, and Bass Station and V Station plug-in synthesisers. It's class compliant and doesn't need any drivers: you just install the software, plug it in and start performing. Also included is your choice of one of four XLN Audio Addictive Keys instruments. This gives you the choice of Modern Upright, Studio Grand, Electric Grand and Mark One piano VSTs.

Free Melodics Lessons

The Novation LaunchKey Mini MK2 comes complete with 60 free Melodics lessons. Melodics is a desktop app designed to teach you how play MIDI keyboards, pad controllers and drums. Each lesson in Melodics is broken down into simple steps, adding another layer and working your way up to complete a full track.

The lessons span different genres from classical and new jack swing to grime and dancehall. Melodic sis perfect for building your skillset using the Launchkey Mini MK2.
