The Tube Squealer puts three of the most famous overdrive circuits into one housing. With a simple switch you can move between the original 808, the widely used TS9 and the often overlooked TS10. Each mode recreates the original circuit topology with precision, ensuring the tone feels like the authentic pedals that shaped countless recordings.
The 808 provides the earliest smooth voice, the TS9 adds punch and presence, while the TS10 delivers a slightly cleaner yet responsive drive. Instead of having to collect all three, this pedal gives you the option to carry them in one box. This versatility means you can match the pedal to different guitars and amps quickly, making it as useful for experimentation as it is for live performance.
Beyond simple circuit switching, the Tube Squealer includes a set of features aimed at making it adaptable to any setup. The mix knob lets you blend the clean and driven signals, which can preserve articulation while adding drive.
This control also allows the pedal to act as a subtle boost when set lower or a full overdrive when turned up. The pickup voicing selector gives a choice tailored to single coils or humbuckers.
