Raise the levels. The MK Ultra has huge amounts of volume on tap so you can push your cabs to the limit. Even better, the cathode design imbues a fast response time at low volume settings, so effects pedals hit with extra clarity and impact.
Crank up the volume to hear those 6L6 tubes start to break up. It'll start to sing with a fuzzy, bright attack that'll have you coming back to the MK Ultra for more and more. Even at maximum output, you'll still retain precise and clear control through your guitar.
Explore the depths and the singing highs
Two controls are all you need from the MK Ultra. Give your tone additional presence with the DEEP bass dial, as it'll inject extra thickness as you raise the levels. If you love sounds that land with increased weight, increase this all the way. Roll it back to have sounds that land with extra cut that can soar above mixes.
Speaking of cut, the SING control can give you the bright textures to match the atmospheres and the tonality of your guitar. Add in the all the treble you need, as with Orange's superb attention to detail you'll get crystal-clear voicings at the high registers.

Driven by a pair of 12AX7 preamp valves into a power section of two cathode biased 6L6GC valves, it's got ample tone reserves.
