Full Description

The Martin D-35E Retro is part of a series seeking to capture the tone and charm of well-aged Martin guitars. A 1967 vintage D-35 guitar was used as a basis for this guitar and the result is a projective, balanced and resonant tone. Appointments to this D-35 include a three piece back, black pickguard, ivoroid bindings and a certified European Spruce soundboard with thin 1/4" width bracing. The D-35 Retro also features a High Performance Neck® taper for easy action and enhanced playability.
