The Pro Plus SLA2 HT features a three-piece maple and walnut neck-through-body construction designed to maximise sustain, resonance and structural integrity. Graphite reinforcement rods are integrated to help resist movement caused by changes in temperature and humidity, ensuring consistent performance over time. This construction allows string vibration to travel cleanly from headstock to bridge, improving note clarity across the entire range. Sculpted Soloist body contours and a shredder’s cut heel provide effortless access to all 24 frets, supporting fast lead work and extended techniques without restriction.
A bound ebony fingerboard with a 12 to 16 inch compound radius is optimised for high-speed, technical playing. The rounder radius near the nut supports comfortable chording and rhythm work, while the flatter upper register enables wide bends and low-action setups without fretting out. Twenty-four jumbo stainless-steel frets deliver a smooth playing feel and long-term durability, maintaining consistent performance under heavy use. Offset pearloid piranha tooth inlays and Luminlay side dots provide clear visual reference across the fingerboard, even on dimly lit stages.
A direct-mounted Seymour Duncan JB bridge pickup and ’59 neck pickup provide a versatile tonal foundation suited to modern rock and metal styles. The JB delivers high output with tight lows and pronounced mids for aggressive rhythm tones, while the ’59 adds warmth and clarity for lead and clean passages. Five-way blade switching expands tonal flexibility further with coil-combination options, allowing access to brighter, more articulate sounds alongside full humbucking power. A simple volume and tone control layout keeps operation intuitive and performance-focused.
The Jackson HT6 string-through-body hardtail bridge delivers laser-accurate intonation, strong sustain and exceptional tuning stability. This setup is ideal for players who prefer a fixed bridge feel and maximum reliability during aggressive playing. Locking sealed die-cast tuners help keep tuning consistent across long sessions, while factory-fitted locking strap buttons add security on stage. Finished with durable black hardware and supplied with a gigbag, the SLA2 HT is built to handle demanding rehearsal schedules and live performance with confidence.
