The Ibanez GSRM25 GIO is part of the miKro series of bass guitars by Ibanez. These are the smaller counterparts of the Ibanez GIO series. The miKro bass guitars feature a smaller design that is aimed towards players with smaller hands. It provides players with more comfort, as well as the same looks and tone. The miKro bass guitar is ideal for beginners and intermediate players.
The GSRM25 GIO is crafted with a poplar body and jatoba fretboard, which offers good levels of projection with a clear ringing tone, and a good amount of sustain. The neck is made from maple, which provides bright tones with plenty of twang.
The bass guitar comes equipped with two powerful Std. J bass pickups that provide everything from warm jazz sounds to thunderous rock tones. The two pickups are wired to individual volume controls and share a master tone control, letting you dial in the perfect sound for your playing style.
