The BTB866MS takes advantage of a 37–34.5 inch multi scale to keep every string feeling balanced and tight. The longer scale length on the low B gives definition and clarity, while the shorter high C remains smooth and comfortable under the fingers. It’s a layout that instantly improves playability and makes extended range bass lines feel natural across the neck
Neck-through sustain
A 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck reinforced with graphite rods runs right through the body, delivering huge sustain and rock-solid tuning stability. The neck-through build also means effortless access to the highest frets, making fast runs and chords feel easy right up the neck. Stainless steel frets add long-term durability, while a bound Panga Panga fretboard gives both snap and a striking look
Versatile electronics
Loaded with Ibanez T1 humbuckers, the BTB866MS has the punch and clarity to cut through any mix. Each coil can be individually adjusted for height, letting you fine-tune the response to your playing style.
