The A528 uses a carefully engineered multiscale design to balance tension across all eight strings. The longer bass side scale keeps the lowest notes tight, even under heavy picking or lower tunings. Toward the treble side, the shorter scale length preserves a familiar feel for bends and vibrato. This improves intonation accuracy, clarity, and comfort, allowing complex chord voicings and fast riffing to sound controlled and precise across the entire fretboard.
Parallel Wizard AS neck design
The Parallel Wizard AS neck features an asymmetric profile that is subtly rounder on the bass side while maintaining a consistent thickness throughout. This shape encourages a more natural hand position, reducing fatigue during long sessions. The five piece maple and walnut construction adds stiffness and snap, while an ebony fretboard delivers fast response and strong note definition.
