TONEX ONE Bass Edition gives you the freedom to carry a full bass rig in a pedal-sized box. It comes loaded with 20 full-featured presets based on iconic amps and effects. Each preset is designed to offer a complete tone straight out of the box, with amp, cab, and processing all included. Choose from smooth vintage tones or aggressive modern grit without having to tweak endlessly.

You can store up to 20 presets and quickly access three selectable slots during a performance. Its small size makes it easy to add to any pedalboard, and the rugged aluminium housing ensures it will hold up through repeated gigs and rehearsals. For players who need versatility in a tight space, this pedal packs serious tone without the bulk.

Access 150 tones with complete control

While the pedal stores 20 presets at once, you also get full access to the entire TONEX Signature Bass Collection with 150 professionally modelled tones. You can load your favourites into the pedal using the free TONEX Editor software or design your own Tone Models with the included TONEX Modeler.

Each model captures a complete rig, covering a wide range of popular bass amps, cabinets, and pedals. Models include captures based on gear from Ampeg, Fender, Darkglass, Markbass, Orange, Gallien-Krueger, Tech 21, and more. You can also download thousands of additional tones from ToneNET, which includes community-made rigs and signature collections. This flexibility makes it easy to match your tone to the song, the venue, or your preferred setup.

Built-in effects and performance tools

TONEX ONE Bass Edition includes essential tools that help you sound your best on stage or in the studio. You get onboard compression, a 3-band EQ, noise gate, five stereo reverbs, and a tuner—all without adding extra pedals. These effects are integrated into each preset, so every tone you load is fully ready to use.

Switching between presets is easy thanks to the A/B and on/off modes. Visual feedback is available via micro-knob lighting, which you can colour-code across nine custom options for quick recognition during gigs. If you prefer a more subtle look, the lighting can also be turned off. This combination of effects and usability features makes the pedal ideal for both studio and live use.

Audio interface and advanced tone shaping

Beyond tone playback, the TONEX ONE Bass Edition doubles as a 24-bit USB audio interface, making it a useful addition to any home or project studio. The pedal uses a USB-C connection and supports 44.1 kHz recording, offering clean signal capture without the need for extra gear. You can plug it straight into your DAW and record the exact tone you use live.

The pedal also includes an IR loader for custom impulse responses and supports IK’s VIR cabinets for detailed mic and cab simulation. This gives you the option to shape your tone even further, blending your preferred cabinet response with the pedal’s onboard presets.
