This makes the Broadkaster Jr. LX well suited to modern stage environments where louder amps and gain are part of the sound, without sacrificing the open character Gretsch guitars are known for.
Comfortable neck feel and ebony fingerboard
The set maple neck features a standard U profile that feels solid yet comfortable across the entire scale length. A 24.6-inch scale keeps string tension slightly lower, supporting expressive bends and relaxed playability. The ebony fingerboard offers a smooth, fast response under the fingers, enhanced by rolled edges and medium jumbo frets. Pearloid Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays and Luminlay side dots ensure clear visual reference, even on dimly lit stages.
