The ES-335 Figured is built around Gibson’s classic semi-hollow construction, using a laminated AAA figured maple, poplar, and maple body paired with a solid maple centre block. This design allows the guitar to retain open, resonant character while controlling feedback at higher gain and stage volumes. Quarter-sawn Adirondack spruce bracing further enhances structural integrity and tonal balance. The result is a guitar that feels lively and responsive, yet remains stable and predictable across a wide range of musical styles and dynamic settings.
Mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard feel
A set mahogany neck with a Rounded C profile provides a comfortable, supportive grip that suits extended chord work and fluid lead playing. The profile offers a substantial feel without becoming cumbersome, making it easy to move confidently across the neck.
