At the heart of the Fender Made in Japan Hybrid II Jazz Bass is a PJ pickup configuration that offers exceptional tonal versatility. The newly designed Hybrid II Custom Voiced pickups include a split-coil Precision Bass® pickup in the middle position and a single-coil Jazz Bass® pickup at the bridge. This combination delivers the best of both worlds: the tight, focused low-end of a P Bass and the bright, articulate highs of a J Bass. You can easily shape your tone to suit a wide range of genres and playing styles. Each pickup has its own dedicated volume control, giving you full control over your blend, with a master tone knob for fine-tuning.

Comfortable neck and fingerboard

The Hybrid II Jazz Bass features a Modern "C" shaped maple neck that offers an ideal balance between comfort and speed.
