Fender Coastline '60 Precision Bass Pickup

The Fender Coastline™ '60 Precision Bass® Pickup is suited to bassists wanting classic P Bass character with added warmth and punch. Based on Fender’s vintage-inspired pickup designs, it combines alnico 5 beveled magnets with a slightly overwound construction to produce strong low-end response, focused mids, and greater harmonic detail. The result is a familiar Precision Bass sound with extra depth that works well across a wide range of playing styles.

Formvar magnet wire helps bring out clear, articulate highs, while flush-mount polepieces promote balanced string-to-string response for a traditional playing feel. The pickup is also wax potted to help reduce unwanted feedback and protect the internal components. Period-correct cloth wiring and fibre bobbin construction maintain the vintage-inspired design, and installation hardware is included, so you can fit it straight into your bass with minimal fuss.
